Process

Our building process has been decades in the making. First, we meet with our clients to get a sense of what they are searching for. From that meeting, we select an architect, landscaper, and interior designer that can compliment their vision. We then go to the site with the client and designers to visualize the final product. We review plans as requested and make the final plans with estimated budgets. While proceeding with construction, we have weekly meetings with the collective parties to schedule product selections and weekly tasks. This allows us to keep on schedule and involve our client in all aspects of the building process of their new home.
